Register for the VWIP our online training program. This program will take you on a journey into the day-to-day realities of Health and Care sector roles. Gain invaluable insights into job responsibilities, resources, and real-life scenarios encountered by workers in the field. This training is a great way for you to see, hear and feel what it is like to work in Health, NDIS, Aged and Child care roles. To complete the training you will need access to a computer, laptop, or tablet and the internet.

Those who complete the VWIP will be invited to attend an exclusive recruitment day to connect directly with local employers showcasing current job openings. Engage in meaningful conversations, pose questions and even partake in interviews on the spots.

Our employer event provides a platform for you to engage with industry leaders, training providers, employment service experts, and recruitment specialists. Here, you'll have the opportunity to exchange best practices in attraction, recruitment, and retention.
Rather than simply "bridging the gap," this phase enables our job seekers to immerse themselves in the training where they will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Healthcare sector, roles, and job requirements, with real work examples providing vivid insights into specific roles.
Once completed the VWIP training, job seekers will be more informed, have a good understanding of employer expectations and eager to engage with employers at the Ask That - Recruitment Day.
