Our program is designed to help you in three ways:
Take an online adventure to see what it's like to work in Construction. Learn about the jobs and real things that happen at work. Once you finish the program, you’ll be invited to our Construction Recruitment and Career day. Here, you’ll meet the employers, get the opportunity to ask questions and can even interview for jobs!
Attend the Construction Recruitment and Career Day event. Meet local employers with jobs to fill. Hear what it is like to work in their business, what vacancies they have and how you get your foot in the door.
Register for the VWIP our online training program. This program will take you on a journey into the day-to-day realities of Construction roles. You’ll gain invaluable insights into job responsibilities, resources, and real-life scenarios encountered by workers in the field. To complete the training, you will need access to a computer, laptop, or tablet and the internet.
To be eligible to access this program you must be registered with Workforce Australia (including Transition to Work participants) and have a keen interest in potentially working in the Construction industry

This phase is designed for job seekers - an online training program designed to “bridge the gap". This phase enables job seekers to immerse themselves in the industry, virtually, they'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the Construction sector, roles, and job requirements, with real work examples providing vivid insights into specific roles. Once a participant has completed the training and has confirmed their interest the vacancies, they will be prepared to meet potential employers at the Construction Recruitment and Career Day.
This combined event brings together employers and job seekers. It's an ideal platform for connection, asking questions, building relationships, the ability to conduct initial interviews for available positions and recruit directly.
This program is designed exclusively for Local Employers, our program is meticulously crafted to offer local employers like you access to a fresh recruitment channel, ensuring you find the right talent for your team.

Our online Virtual Work Immersion Program (V-WIP) imparts specialised, industry-specific skills crucial for thriving in Construction roles.
The training provides participants with invaluable insights and foster confidence in real-world scenarios.
Participants will gain priceless knowledge from industry leaders, training providers, and employment service experts, ensuring participants are well-prepared for their chosen field.
We focus on resume building, interview skills, and obtaining essential micro-credentials, equipping participants with a compelling edge.
Our Construction Recruitment Days serve as a platform for participants to connect with employers, establish relationships, and secure interview slots for available positions.
Participants receive 20 points per week (2 weeks) for V-WIP completions, and 25 points for attending the Construction Recruitment Day (plus 25 points for each interview undertaken).
Participants embark on a self-paced, 10-15 hour online journey into the day-to-day realities of Construction roles. Gain invaluable insights into job responsibilities, resources, and real-life scenarios encountered by professionals in the field. Upon completion, an exclusive invitation awaits them for our local Construction Recruitment Day where they can meet employers, ask questions, and even apply for positions.
Participants join us for a face-to-face event. Connect directly with local employers showcasing current job openings. Engage in meaningful conversations, pose questions, and even partake in interviews on the spot.
